Grant of plot of land called Wastewykes, containing eight acres and three roods in the King's bailiwick, and lying in Wynkefelde [Winkfield] between the lands of the Priory and John atte Hegge, to hold at a yearly rent of 8 shillings and 9 pence at Michaelmas and Easter, with suit of the Priory's court at Winkfield once a year and a payment of 20 pence at death or alienation.
