Leaving lands in Waltham Cross and Cheshunt, Essex [Hertfordshire], to the Fishmongers' Company upon trust to pay £8 per annum to ten poor scholars. A scholar not to hold an exhibition for more than five years; to be resident and not a Fellow; preference to be given to Andrews' relatives. Also bequeaths an annual sum to residents of almshouses in Newington, Surrey, belonging to the Fishmongers' Company (called Peter's Hospital); 40 shillings per annum to the clerk of the Company and 20 shillings per annum to the beadle
