Note

The annual Commemoration of Benefactors' Feast for Junior Members includes undergrads in their 3rd/4th years. This Dinner commemorates the College’s many benefactors – and is usually held on the Friday before the Commemoration of Benefactors Service (1 May unless this is a Sunday, and then 30 April). At the Service a list of those who have left substantial benefactions over the years, and those who have given any size of benefaction during the year, is read out. At the Dinner the Master usually refers to the ‘annual’ legacy givers – and reminds the undergrads that without the benefactions they wouldn’t be able to have a College.
