Note
The estate of Ash, Kent includes Brook farm (154 acres), Staple farm (187 acres), Guilton farm (198 acres) and some scattered property.
Approximately 220 acres, including Brook farm, were purchased in 1863. In 1871 the College purchased 164 acres, part of Guilton Farm. The remainder, described as the Downcourt Estate, came to the College with Ospringe, Kent following Foundation in 1511. In 1926 this came to 611 acres, it was initially acquired in 1516 with further purchases in 1863, 1871.

The College continues to have a financial interest in this area. All records relating to properties in Ash, Kent from 1917 are stored in the Bursary.
