Writes to confirm the arrangement regarding Beaton's redecoration of 37-Tower apartment. Asks him to confer with Mr Adlerberg who will have estimates made. Will give Beaton a fifty per cent discount on his rooms at the Sherry-Netherland and a twenty five per cent discount on restaurant charges. Asks him to come during the less crowded months.
