Scope and content

Is sorry Beaton is disappointed about his Russian article. Would like to present her side of the picture. Told Beaton at the time she would be interested in the article for British Vogue. However, when it arrived she was very disappointed. She sent it on to Mrs Chase in America, but had no reply. The pictures are lovely and she feels they could perhaps be used next winter with full captions. Is looking forward with great interest to seeing some of the photographs Beaton has been doing in America. They have used two of Beaton's country house photos so far, the rest will be used in a future issue. Hopes to do a bit of work with Beaton in the short time he is in the country.
