Can now confirm, further to their conversation a few weeks ago, that Knopf would undertake an American edition if FH's new book is published, and will pay a royalty of 15%. This is 'the very top American royalty'. Their own royalty terms normally go up to 20%. FH's royalty would start at 20%.
