Scope and content

Bringing to light the situation of the Russian astrophysicist K. Lioubarsky, who translates FH publications in the USSR. Dr Lioubarsky has been sentenced to 5 years in 'a severe regime work camp for 'anti-sovietic' activity' after a closed trial in Noginsk. Ask FH to make an official request to the USSR government for a revision of the trial and sentence. Also ask about the possibility of an 'international scientist representation going to USSR to find out what is the exact situation of Lioubarsky'.
