Indicates the termination of the contract, dated April 1, 1937, between both parties by the Proprietor, as a consequence of the publication of certain drawings by Beaton in the February 1, 1938 issue of 'Vogue'. It notes the Proprietor's decision to notify the American public of its position and of its efforts to dissociate itself from the said drawings and Beaton's claim that the statements published in the American press were damaging to his reputation. The terms of the consequent agreement are listed and sealed. Price-marked two pounds, ten shillings.
