Three typescript copies, one unsigned, one signed 'W.G. Palmer' and one signed 'F. [word unidentified] White', with two letters from Horace Darwin to Jeffreys, about 'your memo.', the first with a separate sheet of criticisms, November 1921. The papers were found clipped together with a compliments slip from D.G. Crighton to whom Lady Jeffreys had shown the memorandum in 1993.
