Manuscript extract from the discussions of the Municipal Council of Nantes, during a session on 13th April, 1814, in which the Council expressed its great regard for M. Lincoln, merchant and vice-president, and regret for his demise on the 6th of this month. In recognition of the service Lincoln gave to the city, there will be a service of honour in his memory on the 19th April.
