Encloses photographs for Beaton. Peter will have told Beaton all the news from Munich to Venice. Discusses dramatic events that happened. Describes their arrival at the hotel in Florence. Writes that the 'Mad boy had to be carried into the hotel in a semi-conscious state still dressed in his Tyrolean costume with his hair hanging all over his face'. This required some explanations to the Dudley Ward family. Will send Beaton the '"Madboy Chronicle"' when it is typed out.
