Letter concerning the death of Beaton's uncle. Thanks Beaton for his sympathy and for the flowers he sent. It has been a terrible shock for them all. At least he did not suffer. He was always very fond of Beaton. Thanks Beaton for inviting them to Ashcombe. Would love to come when they can manage it. Hopes he will be returning soon.
