When the African sun bursts on her again she will remember "with nostalgic wistfulness" her three-month stay in England. Wonders how many years will separate them again. Will miss his stimulating friendship. Wishes Beaton a happy Christmas and New Year. Thanks him again for the numerous kindnesses which touched her to tears.
