Letter of welcome on Bezzant's appointment at Liverpool Cathedral. H especially looking forward to B's arrival in connection with post-ordination classes for the younger clergy - this side of cathedral work badly needs permanent head in charge. H has seen Bradford Diocese syllabus for post-ordination studies and he very impressed - wishes they had something of same kind at Liverpool.
