Thanks Glover for sending her a bed jacket and dressing-gown. Also thanks him for a new batch of Latin verses, and mentions that she has also had some from Mr Cook. Reports that her school is due to be inspected and the inspector will probably be Cookson with whom Glover did not always agree. Sympathises with Glover on having to hire clothes in which to meet the king.
