Commemorative bas-relief plaster plaque showing head and shoulders of AH, with name below. Appears to be a smaller copy of a bronze relief sculpted by Angelo W. Frudakis in or after 1950 from photographs of AH. The original was mounted in the offices of Organic Gardening. A printed article about the original sculpture accompanies the plaque.
