Offers updates on Fitzherbert’s estates, noting the poor quality of the sugar but the otherwise good condition of the estates, crediting the slaves with the latter. An unsigned note, adjacent to the address and dated 27 June 1822, forwards the letter to Fitzherbert. Manuscript.
