Scope and content
Autograph letter signed, from the House of Commons to an unknown recipient. WW explains that he is so engrossed by Parliamentary business that he is neglecting his correspondents. He differs in some points from his correspondent, but thinks the government ill-judged to push the principle as far as they have proposed. In a postscript he praises Lord Grenville [then Prime Minister] and Mr Fox [Tory MP] for their conduct respecting abolition.
