A report or memorandum by R.F.Scott outlining the costs, expenditures and accounts of five farms for which the College could not find tenants for in 1895. The five farms were Nash Court, Gore End, Shuart, Brook and Titlarks. Scott also outlines the accounts for the consolidated fund, rates and land tax, College drainage, and building estates.
