Indenture whereby Nicholas Sheppard, Master, and the Fellows and Scholars of St John's College lease to Thomas Bennett of Hackflede in the county of Southampton, yeoman, the lands etc. let to Roger Ascham in SJCR/SJES/2/16/BHB/3/3, together with a barn and certain closes called Langhurst, containing by estimation 16 acres, in Chobham, Surrey, lately in the tenure of William Phillips.
