Lease to Hugh Boyer of Warfield, carpenter, of the parcels of land, reserving the wood to the College. For twenty years, at a yearly rent of 3 shillings in money and one bushel each of wheat and malt, payable in Cambridge. Lessee may not sub-let and stands bound with one surety in £10. The bond is attached - of Boyer and Ventris(?) Maundie of New Windsor, bricklayer, to St John's for £10.
Both with seal of Hugh Boyer and his mark. The bond also signed by Maundie and both documents are signed by witnesses John Robinson and Nathaniel Weston.
