A copy of a letter written 7th July 1949 from Hugh Stewart to his parents. The letter recounts the of the LMBCII versus Princeton 150lb crew in the Thames Cup, Henley 1949. Also includes an explanation of the rediscovery of the letter written in 2001.

Comprising: terrier of land at Burythorpe, Kennythorpe and Leavening signed by Francis Wright (12/08/1723); terrier of lands and tenements in Kennythorpe leased to Roger Wright (11/08/1740); terrier of College property at Kennythorpe, Burythorpe and Leavening (27/03/1790). A note at the bottom of this terrier indicates that 407 trees were cut off the estate in 1790 after the terrier was made.
