Rent for the first three years, five marks; for the next five years, 14 shillings and four pence; after that, Simon is to celebrate Mass for the souls of William and Elizabeth, of their ancestors and heirs, of Thomas ate Loke, Richard ate Loke and their ancestors and all of the faithful dead, either at the altar of Saints Mary and George in the church of Bray or in the chapel at Maydenhitthe [Maidenhead], as long as Simon shall live.
