Grant in alms by William Bauderi, for the safety of his soul and of those of his ancestors and successors, of all the land and holdings which he had in Bagshot. that is to say in homages, services, reliefs, heriots, rents, wards, lands, meadows, pastures, etc., with the exception of the holding of John Bauderi. Yearly rent to William and his heirs of one penny, payable at Broomhall on St Margaret's Day. For this the Prioress and nuns will let him participate in the spiritual goods of their church and will give him 36 marks in cash for his 'negotium' (business or duty)
