The two acres of land lie between Cokescroft and the high road to Staines. Grant also of two acres of meadow, extending to the lake; also a yearly rent of seven shillings, payable by William Grayberd in Rudesworth. To be held at a yearly rent of half a pound of pepper for all service save the royal scutage when it shall occur. William may assign the land and rents to whom he will, with the exception of a religious house. He gave Paganus a gold ring as an entry fine.
