Gilbert Frankelanus of Scheningfeud to Radulfus de la Hulle, son of John de la Hulle of Sandhurst. Grant of a rood and messuage held by Radulfus de la Hulle, the father of John, in Sandhurst, and half of Gilbert's land in Mulegarston, that is to say that lying next the pond of John de la grene between the land of Stephen de Aula and of Stephen de la Pirie, and that part, with the right of entry and exit through the mill of John de la grene beyond the 'garston' of Stephen de la Pirie. At a yearly rent of one penny at Michaelmas and, for the land in Mulegarston, one mass, to be said on the Friday after the Feast of St Gregory for the souls of Margaret and of Gilbert himself. If Radulphus and Matilda have no heirs, the rent is to be six shillings yearly, and six pence for the land in Mulegarston.
