Grant to Thomas the son of Nicholas Seriaunt of Clyware and Elena his wife, of a piece of land in the parish of Wyndesores [Windsor] at Schawe, lying between the high road and the land of Philip Cruppyng which Richard de Horesulle and John his brother lately held of the Priory; to be held for the term of Thomas and Elena's lives at a yearly rent of three shillings at Michaelmas for all service and secular demands. After their deaths, the Priory may re-enter.
