Prioress: Thomasia.
Grant at farm to Richard Thetford of Wynkefeld [Winkfield] of six acres of land in Winkfield called Westlees, for 20 years from Michaelmas next following at a yearly rent of six shillings, payable at the Annunciation and Michaelmas. Richard must perform all the services due and keep the hedges and ditches in order, and at the end of the term three acres of land shall be lying fallow. If the rent is a fortnight in arrears, the Priory may distrain and if sufficient distraint cannot be found, re-enter. Richard guarantees to observe the terms with ten pounds.
