Grant at farm to Richard Whyte, Matilda his wife and John their son, of a croft of arable land in Wynkefelde [Winkfield], between the lands of Stephen Longe and the late John Benet junior, formerly held by William Wynkefelde, for 21 years from Michaelmas last past at yearly rent of 15 pence at the Annunciation and Michaelmas for all service. If it is in arrears by 20 days, the Priory may distrain in all the holdings of the grantees.
