Prioress: Agnes. Grant of the messuage which John and Livicia had sold to the Priory in fee, situated at the Thames bridge in Staines, between the messuage of John de Petra and the Thames; also another messuage in the corner of la Huthe in the parish of Egham, between the holdings of Radulfus in Angulo and of William Frawyne; also four acres of land, one in le Ruthefeld in the cultivated land called Wimmaneslade, between the land of Robert the son of Hugo de Ponte, of the Abbot of Chertsey and the way called le Brode Wey, one acre called Tonnaker, lying at le Hacche between the land of Radulfus in Angulo, half an acre called Sikmannesaker, half an acre lying between the lands of William and Martin Frawin and four buttes, which together make up one acre, between the lands of William Frawin; also one pole, with the pasture belonging to it, called Wyseforde. To be held as long as John or Livicia shall live at a yearly rent of seven shillings, payable at the four quarters by equal portions.
