Item 16 - Grant and mortgage: William de la Rokele to Richard Mylis, land in a field called Wetyngcroft (in Bray?)

William de la Rokele grants and mortgages to Richard Mylis of Bray a piece of land containing half an acre and half a rood, lying in a field called Wetyngcroft between the lands of the late John Inthelane, of Richard atte Loke, which he holds of William for life. To hold until Michaelmas next following and so from Michaelmas to Michaelmas until William or his heirs or assigns shall have paid Richard or his attorney two shillings and six pence halfpenny and all the expenses connected with the land, at a yearly rent of one grain of corn for all heriots, reliefs, etc.
