Grant by Adam le Seler of Windsor to Robert de Bradele, for his service and 30 shillings entry fine, of a piece of land in New Windsor, opposite the Gaol between the lands of John de Stanes and Gilbert de Tegula, the high road and the holding of the Prioress of Broomhall; also of a yearly rent of 11 pence, payable by the same Prioress from a holding in Gropecontelane, lying between the holdings of Alicia le Taylur and of Alicia le Lavendere, which rent is payable at Michaelmas and at the feast of St Mary in March. To be held at the following rents: to the King, six pence yearly at the appointed terms and suit of court every fortnight; to Hugo de Grunesdell, one penny at the Feast of St John the Baptist; and to Adam, one wallflower seed at the same term; with forinsec service to the King.
