Note

James Prior was Fellows’ Cook from 1825-45. He figures on the parish map of St Giles 1831, with some land and a homestead adjacent to Trinity Fellows’ Garden near Bin Brook. At this time the College's chefs and cooks were sub-contractors and were required to provide all the crockery and cooking utensils.
