Has not yet received Lloyds' needles and Dip Circle from Mr. Dover. He is putting in hand construction of deflector bars. If all is ready in time the Kew O. can make the observations JCA desires. Will not be time to put Lloyd's deflectors on the Fox circles as they are not yet finished. Forms for entering data have been made.
