Part of Papers of Terrot Reavely Glover
Congratulates Glover on his five speeches in the office of Public Orator. Wishes to send copies to Sir Herbert Warren and Professor A. C. Clark of Oxford. Advises Glover on how he might improve his performance. Hopes that no more war heroes will be honoured, as their presence provokes 'the rudest and most barbarous forms of indisciplined enthusiasm'. Adds that he was pleased with Glover's speech in his honour.
