Thanks Crook for his note of 9th January. He goes on to say that the sense of his letters to Crook and to all concerned will be made clear if the case comes to be considered in a court in public proceedings. He goes on to recount incidents involving fire, both in a multi-storey car park in Peterborough and in his room when he was an undergraduate.
