Reyner regarding the building of the new chapel; includes correspondence and tracing of a ceremonial trowel and presented to Henry Hoare; sketches of the chapel layout; also includes a letter from George A. Greenhill fellow (1872) to George F. Reyner regarding paying off £30,000 in 30 years at 4% which possibly relates to the cost of SJC chapel.

Also includes correspondence related to the history of the second volume.
