Comprising:
1) Indenture of bargain and sale, Christopher Stanke[s], to Nicholas Metcalfe and Ralph Baynes, land at Barway with water and fishing rights at Barway, Soham and Stretham, known as 'Beche', from bushoploode to Bradforth Were (sic) which Stanke[s] purchased from Thomas Barton, dated 4 Feb. 1525.
2) Notes of the boundaries of the land and fishing rights at Barway bought by the College from Christopher Stanke[s]

Deeds for Birdsall including some for Kennythorpe and Burythorpe, Yorkshire. The deeds are stored in their original wrapper, which is a lease between the College and Robert Baker of Cranwell Manor, Lincolnshire

Deeds of Gloversbridge farm (16 acres) & buildings, Headcorn & Boughton Malherbe Kent; includes the probate copy wills of Thomas Clark, and Jonathan Clark. Also includes a conveyance from Sarah Clark to the College for Gloversbridge Farm.

Deeds of fisheries at Barway and Soham, sold by John Peachie to the College.

Deeds of Love Farm, formerly known as the Chantry Lands, (115 acres, 3 roods, 36 perches) at Boughton Malherbe, Headcorn & Smarden Kent; includes a short terrier of land & timber on John Butcher's farm 1767 (BMK/3/8) & a conveyance between Thomas Collier and other trustees under the will of Alexander Annesley and the College.

Also includes copy wills of Christopher Fullager, Mary White, Hester Barrett, and Rebecca Kneller.
